Sixty stalls across the market, the Palm Wine Bar and Makers' Row. Applications for the 2026 edition are open until 31 October.

Why trade here

A crowd that arrived hungry and stayed all day

This is not a stall at the edge of a concert. The cooking is the event, the market sits on the main route between the arena and the stage, and the average visitor is on the grounds for six hours.

Prices are for the full three days and include power, lighting and overnight security on the grounds.

How it works

From application to load-in

    Apply

    Fill the form below. Tell us what you cook or sell and where you trade now -photographs help more than a CV.

  2. 2

    Review

    The market team reviews every Monday. For food stalls we may ask to taste before we confirm.

  3. 3

    Confirm & pay

    You get a stall number, a load-in slot and an invoice. Half on confirmation, half by 1 December.

  4. 4

    Trade

    Load in on 17 December. Three days of trading, cash-out within five working days of the close.

Before you apply

What we will ask for

  • A valid means of identification for the lead trader
  • NAFDAC registration for packaged food and drink products
  • Your own serving ware -the festival supplies no disposables
  • Two staff minimum on the stall at all times during trading hours
  • Public liability cover for brand activations and drinks bars
  • Prices displayed clearly and honoured for all three days
